1. DATE OF AGREEMENT: -----------
2. TERM: The term is for -------------- commencing on ---------------------- and ending on ----------------------------------
The Premises will be ready for occupancy at 11:00 a.m. on the commencement date and must be vacated by 4:00 p.m. ("Expiration Time") on the ending date. Time is of the essence and Tenant's failure to vacate Premises on or before said Expiration Time will subject Tenant to substantial penalties and/ or damages suffered by subsequent tenants. Check in time and check out time can be changed upon written request to the owner.
3. TOTAL RENT.
4. DEPOSIT. is due to insure booking, and balance is paid at check out time. Keys and check in are done at the front desk upon presentation of original receipt of payment, and there will be inspection of the property for in repairable damages during check out.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANTS. The Premises are for the sole use as a personal residence by the following named persons only:

Resident agrees not to assign this agreement, nor to sublet any part of the property, nor to allow another person to live therein other than as named in paragraph above, without first receiving WRITTEN permission from the Owner.
CANCELLATION: In the event of a cancellation of this Lease by Tenant at least three (3) weeks prior to the commencement of the Lease Term, Tenant shall be entitled to a refund of all sums paid.
TENANT REPRESENTATIONS: Tenant warrants that all statements made by Tenant in this Agreement and in Tenant's application rental application are accurate.
FACSIMILE: The parties agree to accept facsimile transmission of this contract bearing their respective signatures in lieu of originals.
25. FINAL & BINDING: This Lease is not final and binding on Landlord unless and until Landlord receives and accepts from Tenant the SECURITY DEPOSIT of the rent as provided.
26. Added services, travel details are submitted along with booking forms to guarantee our free pick up services if needed
